    Add languages, swap captions

    Click "+ Add language" and pick a locale from the list of 40+ supported languages. Type translated captions or hit "Auto-translate" to let the AI fill them in. Upload locale-specific screenshots if they differ.

    Export one ZIP, done

    Mockstand renders every slot in every language and packages them into a single ZIP. Each language gets its own folder - en-US/, de-DE/, ja/ - exactly as both stores expect.

Common questions

Does Mockstand support right-to-left languages?
Yes. Arabic and Hebrew are in the supported locale list. Text layers in the editor accept RTL input and the caption field renders correctly for RTL languages. The exported PNG is always a standard image file - the store handles locale-level RTL layout.
How do I get better auto-translations?
Give the translator context about your app. Open Projects in your account and add a short description to the project - a sentence or two on what the app does and who it's for. Screenshot captions are three or four words with no surrounding sentence, so a generic translator has to guess what "Go Pro" or "Snap & share" actually refers to. The description resolves that guess: it drives the domain terminology, the implied subject of imperatives, and grammatical gender and formality in languages that need them. It's optional, applies to every language automatically, and costs no extra credits.
Can I use different screenshots for each language?
Yes. Each language slot can have its own simulator screenshot - useful when your app UI is already localized and the screens look different per locale. If you don't upload a locale-specific screenshot, the base language screenshot is used as a fallback.
What does the exported ZIP look like?
One folder per language, named after the locale code (e.g. en-US, de-DE, ja). Inside each folder: one PNG per screenshot slot, at the full output resolution. The structure matches what App Store Connect and Google Play Console expect when you upload by drag-and-drop.
How many languages can I add?
Free: 1 language (base only)
Registered: up to 3 languages per project
Basic: up to 15 languages per project
Pro: unlimited languages per project
You can always export individual PNGs for a single language on any plan.
Do I need an account to try the multi-language feature?
The editor opens without an account on the free plan, but multi-language export requires a free account which allows to configure up to 3 languages per project. More languages per project and AI translations are available on a Basic and Pro plans. You can build your composition and add a second language to see how it works before upgrading.
